Northlands Objectives

1 – To work with the Local Authority to reduce repeated homelessness by flexibly adapting its services to meet identified strategic need.

2 – To provide high quality services that meet the requirements of Supported People Revenue Grant and The Salvation Army’s Quality Standards Manual.

3 – To maximise the number of appropriate and sustainable resettlement for all Northlands clients.

4 – To provide a holistic programme which enables all clients to reach their maximum potential.

5 – To ensure that client participation and involvement is integrated in all service procedures.

6 – To meet the spiritual needs of our clients through an optional spiritual programme.

7 – To maximise the number of residents accessing training, employment and volunteering opportunities.
